You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your
edit summary or on
the article's talk page.
The article does not appear to explain the term used in the article title. Please tell us what this is about, in what context, if you want the article to be saved from deletion. As it stands it is meaningless.

On second thoughts I have redirected the article to
Generic_views#Relation_to_Bayesian_inference where it seems to be explained, which will help the reader better. If in future you can write a useful, referenced, article, about the Generic Views Assumption, then please do so and replace this redirect. You could link from the "Generic views" article to your new one. Thanks.

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to
talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should
sign your posts by typing four
tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --
