Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Johannes Maximilian was:
This draft's references do not show that the subject
qualifies for a Wikipedia article. In summary, the draft needs multiple published sources that are:
in-depth (not just brief mentions about the subject or routine announcements)
Make sure you add references that meet all four of these criteria before resubmitting. Learn about
mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue. If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

The comment the reviewer left was:
There is probably an article here, but you need to describe what this thing is (not what it aims to be or the change it aims to make in the world) in concrete terms without puffery or peacock terms.

None of the sources seem to actually describe what a "diversity charter" is. This article is largely
WP:Original research, and only sources that is about Diversity charters should be included(not just mentions that x organization has one or is making one)

WP:REFBOMB. Could you perhaps choose a max of three really really strong sources for each statement, instead of like 8?

The proposed article appears to be about a type of document, so that would be "a diversity charter". Later in the article it starts discussing an organisation called "The Diversity Charter". The article needs to be about one or the other, not both.

The Diversity Charter is a document. You are right; thank you very much for pointing that out. I realized I implied it was an organization, which caused some confusion. Thank you again!
