Hi Roy – excellent work on this new article; it had been on my "to-do" list for a long time. Over the next few days I will make a few changes and additions, depending on what I can find in my Hastings and Sussex books. Not sure if I have any additional pictures; if I have I will upload them. I don't think I've been to Hastings town centre since it closed. Hassocks 5489 (Floreat Hova!) 12:16, 28 November 2019 (UTC)
Thanks - I've got a few photographs that I took recently on an open day, and am going through them. Any improvements to my poor wiki editing skills greatfully accepted! -- Roypenfold ( talk) 15:07, 28 November 2019 (UTC)
Hello again Roy – I have left quite a long reply to your question at Talk:Holy Trinity Church, Hastings, which also covers general points about reliable sources as well as the specific query about the America Ground. Speaking as an amateur local historian myself, writing on local history for Wikipedia can seem more restrictive than writing for other contexts such as a local history society, website or pamphlet, because of the fairly strict sourcing requirements, but there are many advantages as well! Happy to try to answer questions on Wikipedia policies, guidelines etc. Hassocks 5489 (Floreat Hova!) 14:07, 5 December 2019 (UTC)
