I have submitted a new article, and all that comes up in response to a search is "User:Rittenhoused" etc. Does this mean I've done something wrong or that the article is under review?
Thanks.

Awarding a barnstar is pretty easy. Basically you put the right template on the talk page of the person you want to reward and a message explaining why. See Wikipedia:Barnstars for a whole bunch of potential barnstars. For example, if someone wanted to give a barnstar for great work editing XYZ article you could put "{{subst:The Original Barnstar| I award you this barnstar for a great job editing [[XYZ article]]. ~~~~}}. The appropriate text and picture would be placed on the user's talk page. — Ute in DC ( talk) 07:17, 21 January 2011 (UTC)
