Thank you for your recent question regarding unification at Talk:Pipe organ > Stops. I'm leaving this message here to draw your attention to the answers and material that I left there and hope that you'll find them to be useful. Regards — Waldhorn ( talk) 06:35, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
In case you need it again, the simple to get a monospaced font in wikipedia short of resorting to html markup is to leave a leading space before the line, thus
2021-07-30 15:00:00 (UTC) -07:00 = 08:00:00 (CA) and
2021-07-30 15:00:00 (UTC) -04:00 = 11:00:00 (NY)?
or
2021-07-30 08:00 (CA) -07:00 = 08:00 - (-07:00) = 15:00 (UTC) and
2021-07-30 11:00 (NY) -04:00 = 11:00 - (-04:00) = 15:00 (UTC)?
The latter is more useful but the natural instinct for a date/time you find on the sidewalk is:
2021-07-30 08:00 (CA) -07:00 = 01:00 (UTC) and
2021-07-30 11:00 (NY) -04:00 = 07:00 (UTC), which is wrong (and beside the point).
You can also use {{ code}} but it doesn't really lend itself to something this complex.

Thank you, it will be useful. But it took up a shocking amount of space here so I quickly reverted; felt like I was self-aggrandizing. Pbyhistorian ( talk) 16:02, 2 August 2021 (UTC)
