Yes - excellent - it's perfectly consistent with our subject. I see that Shoemaker & Hitchcock at (note 8 to ch 1) cite an online source book, which sounds interesting. There are also lots of trials on the OBO. Maybe contact Saul? Jfclegg ( talk) 10:28, 6 October 2015 (UTC)
Charles Hitchin/Hitchen would be useful. See his pamphlet The Regulator (have copy) . I have also ordered Howson's THief taker General (which should arrive 27 Oct) . As for 2ndary sources see Tim Hitchcock English Masculinities, 1660-1800

Sure, go ahead! You are working to improve the article, a dead link is defenitely something to correct. -- Navarco ( talk) 19:48, 22 October 2015 (UTC)
You could usefully collaborate with Lela Lazishvili who is working on Charles Hitchen. I have a copy of The Regulator. I alsohave dvds of the TV soap series Garrow's law; series 2 episode 2 deals with a sodomy trial & Molly House. Will bring to class tomorrow. -- Jfclegg ( talk) 23:30, 25 October 2015 (UTC)

Hello, Thank you for your suggestions, I'll add the section ab. molly houses and I'll check if Hitchen was actually arrested in the molly house. Thank you. Lela Lazishvili ( talk) 11:21, 4 November 2015 (UTC)
Hi Pbord, I think the image you added could be fine, but it would also be nice if you explained your doubts about it and why you chose it also on the article's talk page. In this way other can see your reasoning, agree or not with it and possibly suggest other images.-- Navarco ( talk) 19:09, 4 November 2015 (UTC)
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Molly house, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Offence and Moll. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi, I've checked the information on OBO about the location of Hitchin's arrest, that was in Talbot Inn: http://www.oldbaileyonline.org/browse.jsp?id=t17270412-41-defend243&div=t17270412-41# I agree with you that it isn't necessarily a molly house. Thanks for mentioning that detail, I will note it in my editing. Lela Lazishvili ( talk) 21:04, 12 November 2015 (UTC)

Good work on Molly house! I have assessed the article to B Class. There are some minor clean-up issues - some of the references have invalid date values and the section Activities needs to have the formatting fixed for clarity. Please make sure the spelling of English words are consistent with British spelling - unless it is direct quote. You may wish to progress to a peer review or nominate the article for Good Article (GA) review. Cheers Gmcbjames ( talk) 18:34, 30 November 2015 (UTC)
