So... after our help channel chat I took a closer look and marked up your draft considerably. I found several different issues: generalizations, sympathetic (non-neutral) phrasing, reliance on insider/advocacy sources, and lack of citations for information. If you work on each of these I think the article will be much closer to acceptance. The most important step might just be more research for additional unbiased sources.
