Thanks for uploading File:Meteorstorm poster.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or provided a license tag. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.
To add this information, select the appropriate license tag from this list, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you can't find a suitable license tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. -- ImageTaggingBot ( talk) 18:05, 12 December 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:Meteorstorm_poster.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the " my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Melesse ( talk) 06:33, 13 December 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:Arran Brindle hitting on leg at NatWest Women's Twenty20 Quadrangular Series (England v Australia).jpeg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.
If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-enwikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{ non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. The article 2012 Australian Open – Boys' Singles Qualifying has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your
edit summary or on
the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the
proposed deletion process, but other
deletion processes exist. In particular, the
speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and
articles for deletion allows discussion to reach
consensus for deletion.

Hi. When you recently edited Day-by-day summaries of the 2012 Australian Open, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Wayne Arthurs ( check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with List of adjectival and demonymic forms for countries and nations. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. This is an automated message from a bot about this edit, where you removed the deletion template from an article before the deletion discussion was complete. Dear Ninney,
Thanks for taking an interest in this article.
Gunking round the internet a little, I am (initially) finding only the sources cited. As I see it, the problem here is temporal. This was a good little boat produced for several years, all of which antedated the internet.
I would say (
WP:OR and
WP:Synth that I expect that this is a notable boat. It comes from extremely good lineage, good builder
O'Day boats and a very important yacht designer,
Philip Rhodes. He designed
Weatherly, for God's sake!
I would suggest that there was lots of intrinsic notability, but that it needs to be found in reviews, commentary, test sails, etc. at the time. Presumably that would be in print media, primarily magazines. That would be my initial suggestion.
I found this note on line. Henderson, Richard (1981).
Philip L. Rhodes and His Yacht Designs. Camden, ME: International Marine Pub. Co.
ISBN
0-87742-128-5. Retrieved December 5, 2013. "I think this is the book I looked through quite a few years ago and if it is it had quite a lot of information about his designs in it. I don't remember just how much detail it gave on the various plans, but I think it gave a fair amount. I was able to find my father's boat (one of his lesser designs..the 23' O'Day Tempest) and as I recall they had a profile drawing for it tucked away in the back of the book, and that they had considerably more information on the bigger and more. It is, of course, long out of print, but maybe you can get a copy through inter-library loan, or if you've got plenty of dough, pick up a used copy." I think this might be a good
WP:RS and would go a long way toward establishing notability. If one ferrets around in the lines in the
Phillip L. Rhodesarticle, there appears to be a trove of relevant information waiting to be uncovered.
Mystic Seaport library has primary and secondary material on this boat.
O'Day Sailboats & Yachts Collections Catalog: GG Archives
I've not been personally involved in reviewing articles that are newly submitted for publication. Hypothetically, if this were a question of deletion, I would think that it is probably notable enough. As I am not sure of the standard — I am fairly confident that notability could be established if one could go to the library (particulary the Mystic Seaport Library) and devoted unlimited amounts of time to find the print media and original sources — I am not sure that we are over the threshold you are operating with.
I doubt that I can find the time to do the hard copy research, if that is what it takes. Maybe the original creator will do that.
Alternatively, you could weigh the long term potential of the article. And then do what you think is right.
Happy editing.

You have been removing links to the Strangers and Brothers series of books by C P Snow in many articles (see your contributions list). There are so many that they must have been done by a bot. You falsely claimed that The Conscience of the Rich, which you had edited, was reviewed & accepted and you redirected article links to Strangers and Brothers to the now non-existent The Conscience of the Rich. Please restore these links. It seems to me that you deliberately subverted Wikipedia's processes. Can you explain your conduct? I remind you that users who show that they are unable to edit Wikipedia competently may have their editing privileges revoked. Xxanthippe ( talk) 21:48, 12 December 2013 (UTC).
Hi Ninney, I noticed you just altered [1] the Food and Drink Project template on the talk page for Gingerbread house. I'll be the first to admit I don't know much about templates at all and I had been confused when I first put the Project banner on the article talk page as it inserted a number of categories: "Food and drink articles needing attention to referencing and citation"; "Food and drink articles needing attention to coverage and accuracy"; "Food and drink articles needing attention to structure"; "Food and drink articles needing attention to grammar"; "Food and drink articles needing attention to supporting materials"; and "Food and drink articles needing attention to accessibility". I raked about a bit and it seemed that if I added the parameter "category=no" it didn't then add all the categories given (as I don't think they apply to the article). Was this wrong?
