Hello Mtheisner, thank you for the note you left at my talk page, I'd be happy to work with you on this article. You may have just been unlucky to get me as a reviewer, since in my opinion the pages you linked to, Rio Grande (company) and Energy Muse, are not encyclopedic either and should not be in Wikipedia :). However, I do think that your article is notable and has the potential to be accepted.
Currently, most of the references are unreliable: #1 is a wikipedia article, #2 seems to have been written by the company, and most of the others are either press releases or sources affiliated with the company. You do have at least two solid sources, however: [1] and [2]. Here are a couple others I found: [3], [4]. If you add in those two and remove a couple of the other unreliable ones, you shouldn't have any more problems with sourcing.
The tone of the article is generally acceptable, but there are a couple issues, which is why I declined it as an advertisement. Marcia continues to build the organization - this sounds a bit promotional, and it is usually inappropriate to use first names in an encyclopedia article. Please change to something like, Maizel-Clarke continues to run the organization. With the demand for a flagship store - unless you have a source saying that there was demand for a flagship store, this sounds like peacock language, implying that there was lots of demand without proof.
Just make those changes and I don't see any reason why this article shouldn't be accepted. Relist it and another reviewer (not myself) will check it for any issues I missed before (hopefully) accepting it. Thank you for your contributions to the encyclopedia, and let me know if there is anything else I can do for you. :) -- Cerebellum ( talk) 00:47, 20 March 2012 (UTC)

File:Dogeared Karma Necklace.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a
claim of fair use. However, it is currently
orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed.
You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see
our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the " my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot ( talk) 04:22, 23 August 2012 (UTC)
