- Brilliant. I have changed my {{
user cs-2}} template on my userpage to:
cs-2 | Tento uživatel
rozumí flektivní jazyky a diakritiku, přestože je rodilý mluvčí angličtiny. Pane bože. |
- By the way, welcome to en.wikipedia. -

Howdy Midi7. See
WP:HOCKEY, we keep diacritics off the NHL team articles.

hi there,
concerning the naming of the regions, it needs to be in English which is official policy.

- You can take a look here: it's called "Bavaria" and not "Bayern", and "Burgundy" and not "Bourgogne". The policy is this one
[1]. Thank you.

I was asked by Filelakeshoe to look. FYI things at
WP:HOCKEY have resolved themselves, the guideline now reads:
All player pages should have diacritics applied (where required, according to the languages of the player in question)
It has been this way since before the big bulk RM at
Talk:Dominik Halmoši in August 2012. As far as I know the only straightforward bio in the whole of en.wp which does not conform to the
WP:HOCKEY or
WP:TENNISNAMES decision is
Ana Ivanovic. Any other straightforward bios are just accidents, the result of no one having noticed. Cheers.
