Just dropping a note to explain why I removed your addition to breast implant. When making contribtions to Wikipedia please keep in mind that it is meant to be an encyclopedia. Your contribution sounded more like a patient information leaflet ( WP:HOWTO). Furthermore, I contend that the source provided is not adequate; for articles about medical procedures we have rather strict rules ( WP:MEDRS).
