The Barnstar of National Merit
For first writing several article on important figures in Singapore's history and coming back and expanding/sourcing them after I saved them from PROD, I hereby award you this barnstar. Thank you for increasing our historical coverage of these notable topics that "few care about," and thus helping to fight western bias. ThaddeusB ( talk) 20:25, 26 August 2009 (UTC)

Hello Onel5969 . Is the whole thing off and a complete re-write required? Or are there specific parts that, if fixed, makes everything else okay? Thank you. jefferyseow ( talk) 01:44, 23 March 2015 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Taiping Prison, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Malay and Taiping. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

WIkipedia will never change. If you abandon this draft now no-one else will take it on. The thing is, no-one cares if the gentleman has an article here or not, so it us up to you to achieve it. In six months this will be viewed as an abandoned draft and deleted. I doubt that is what you want. So please take a step back, then have another go. Forget either articles as examples. Just make this one work. Our role as reviewers is to seek to ensure that an article will not immediately be subject to one of our deletion processes when it is accepted. That is why we push it back to the author. We want to accept articles. Fiddle Faddle 20:43, 31 March 2015 (UTC)

I am more than pleased to see your list of suggestions on Corp M's page. While this is always a difficult area, the removal of information, the removal of unsourced material improves Wikipedia. After you have had time to look at Corp M's edit summaries and work in these articles please feel free to emulate this. Quiet and controlled work on this type of thing behest excellence. I have a feeling you listed them in a fit of pique, but the end result could be excellent. Fiddle Faddle 17:28, 2 April 2015 (UTC)

You are more than welcome to continue making quality contributions to Wikipedia. Note that because you are a logged-in user, you can create articles yourself, and don't have to post a request. However, you may continue submitting work to Articles for Creation if you prefer.
Thank you for helping improve Wikipedia!
DGG ( talk ) 04:05, 8 April 2015 (UTC)Hello User:DGG, how do I create articles without having to post a request - the last time I created something it automatically submitted itself for review. Maybe it was just a glitch but I'd like to know for sure. Thank you. jefferyseow ( talk) 06:20, 8 April 2015 (UTC)

Please stop adding chinese production to the Hong Kong films. They are very different. Per WP:FILMCAT, and read Cinema of Hong Kong to understand the difference between Hong Kong and Chinese films and why we don't tag every Hong Kong film as a Chinese film. It is literally a world of difference. Andrzejbanas ( talk) 19:14, 25 May 2015 (UTC)

The article Bibliography of C. Northcote Parkinson has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Violates Rule #3 of "Disallowed Uses" on Wikipedia:Subpages
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your
edit summary or on
the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the
proposed deletion process, but other
deletion processes exist. In particular, the
speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and
articles for deletion allows discussion to reach
consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot ( talk) 10:01, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
