Hi,
I deleted the sections and links for a couple reasons:
The section title of "How can an injury at the passage from neck to head be determined then?" didn't help either, wikipedia is not a how to manual.
As a final point, the english in the sections isn't particularly good, it's pretty hard to determine what the sections are trying to say.
I'd suggest if you want the information to remain in the main page, you should bring it up on the talk page or compose on a sub page where people can see the work in progress and comment or suggest changes.
