Hello Hitcher vs. Candyman. As you've probably seen, I reverted your change to the Kach and Kahane Chai article re the foundation date. The party contested the 1973 elections, so cannot have been founded in 1974 (I was halfway through typing this out in the edit summary and accidentally hit enter before I could finish or add sources). 1974 is probably the year it adopted the name Kach, and some sloppy researchers have assumed this is its foundation date. I have recently noticed some alterations to this page, and made some edits to correct what I recognized to be erroneous information.

Statements I made were deleted due to lack of reference. Writing as user 'lundo', I am Robert Lund, Zoë's former husband, and my statements are based on our 11 years of living together. I was present at home during the writing of the Bad Lt. script, and I know for a fact that during 1990-91 de Laurot was holed up sick, living at an ex-girlfriend's apartment, we were blocked from contacting him, and the situation regarding his survival was dire. There was no way any collaboration could have taken place between them on the Bad Lt. work, regardless of claims made by an old friend of Edouard's. And I discussed Curfew_USA with Edouard out in a night club before meeting his woman Zoë, and held their printed screenplay Curfew:USA in my hand many times. I even have an old copy of it somewhere. Having read itk and discussed its conversion into her screenplay Free Will & Testament, I am fully familiar with the parallels between the two screenplays, and there was never any mention of anything resembling a book related to Curfew:USA, which was always known as the film Zoë and Edouard were planning to make together. Again, who should you believe, the husband of Zoë or an old friend of our old friend Edouard?

@ Lundo: You happen to be correct on one thing: your statements have been deleted due to lack of reference. Your claims are to be based on WP:reliable sources along with WP:no original research. If there are no reliable sources to prove these claims, then they are to be deleted from the article. Please also see WP:Biographies of living persons (even though Zoe Tamerlis Lund is deceased, her article is still considered a biographical article). I have made corrections to statements which are apparently based on the word of 3rd parties (e.g. Mekas), based on the personal experiences and events that I witnessed in my real life. I have not written these facts in any printed bio or other source that might be considered a 'reliable source', but surely Wikipedia must provide for facts based on eye-witness accounts. Similarly, how is listing Barbara as Zoë's mother acceptable with no "reliable source", but including her including her father rejected? You are obviously working diligently on this page, and it would seem to be in the interests of the long-term accuracy of the account for you to value the input of the husband of the deceased. e.g. I heard a great deal about the screenplay for The Innocent Tribunal in 1986, but it was most certainly an idea for a possible future project, for which not a single frame would ever be shot. @ Lundo: I'm afraid Wikipedia is forbidden to provide facts based on eyewitness accounts; please see WP:Conflict of interest, WP:Verifiability and WP:Verifiability, not truth. By the way, references 4 & 7 in Zoe's list of references/reliable sources mention her mother being a sculptor. Reference 7 also mentions her mother's name, Barbara Lekberg. Neither of these references mention her father at all.

I apologize if this is "disturbing" for you, but in my defense, I'm only trying to contribute to Zoe's article; at the same time, I'm also trying to follow the policies of Wikipedia. Now it's okay to deny the information provided in her article. But if you're going to post your denials on Wikipedia, then you must provide references or reliable sources for these denials. Okay, the easiest and quickest way to verify is generally to put a license on the external site, but since the interview first appeared in Fangoria, it's a little more complex. Copyright is generally owned by the creator of a work - so the interviewer, in this case - but is sometimes assigned to magazines on publication. Ordinarily, we would ask the webmaster to put a statement on the source page indicating that it is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike 3.0 and GNU Free Documentation License, but in this case we would also need indication that the website is owned by the author of the interview and that he remains free to license the material (that is, that he hasn't assigned rights to his publisher). See Wikipedia:Donating_copyrighted_materials#You_cannot_donate_what_someone_else_owns for more on that. In the case of a weblog of this sort, that's likely to be the best process, rather than email. If email is preferred, I can describe how to do that, too, but it will begin by creating a "contact" page or a subdomain of the site that lists a contact address. Hitcher vs. Candyman, if you have an affiliation with the site or are in contact with someone who does, it can either be put on the site in general or on the bottom of the specific article on the site which is to have creative content copied to Wikipedia.

In regards to your question on my talk page, there's no intention to block your account, and, indeed, I'd really rather not. :) Wikipedia needs willing workers. We block the accounts of people who repeatedly place copyrighted content on Wikipedia without verifying license, but I do not assume you intended to cause any issues at all. If you can verify license, there's no additional problem. If you can't verify license, the content needs to be reworked so that it meets our approach to unlicensed material, but it's still just a question of getting it to conform to policy. Okay, I have reverted to prior to the introduction of creative content (several edits in; your first edits were entirely without issue). In rebuilding, please review Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Limited quotations from the source are okay, but in the absence of license we must keep them limited. We aim for more conservative standard than American "fair use" both because these are boundaries we really don't need to push and because we release our content for reuse anywhere, in any circumstances, including commercially and internationally, and what might be "fair" for a non-profit encyclopedia based in America might not be "fair" for a for-profit textbook in Germany.
