Please read WP:3RR. Mark's description is wrong on two counts. You are not limited to 3 edits, you are limited to three reverts, where a revert is broadly defined as any edit that undoes another editors work. And you are not entitled those 3 reverts, either - you can be editwarring even if you never exceed 3 reverts, but whenever you persistently edit to bring in the same points in a non-cooperative manner. -- Stephan Schulz ( talk) 15:21, 22 December 2009 (UTC) reply
