For Week 4, I added to the
Distance education article. Here is the link to the
diff This week I added a sentence in the middle of a paragraph to indicate an effect of the preceding sentence. I realized even though I found information that was great to add to this particular part of the paragraph, I had to be very mindful of how to incorporate it in this part so that the flow of the paragraph is still intact and my sentence is clear enough to demonstrate that I was relating to the preceding sentence while introducing a new idea caused by the preceding sentence.
To put this into context, there was a sentence in the Wikipedia article that stated distance education allowed for institutions to offer more classes without further depleting their limited resources such as limited classrooms. So I added a sentence that because of this, college student enrollment and graduation also benefit from distance education because with more offered classes, students are able to enroll in their required classes on time and graduate on time.

@
Kathyljy Your citation is fine, however Citations alone generally do not add value. Beyond adding a citation alone, make sure to provide a sentence or two within the article itself to express your contribution in context (which the citation will support). This will demonstrate how your addition adds to the overall knowledge in the article. Please add a sentence or two to the article you edited and then ping me here when done.

I edited the
Speech synthesis article;
here's the diff. I found that a lot of the claims in the article matched my professional understanding of the topic, but didn't back up the claims with peer-reviewed sources. However, the article did reference a lot of other Wikipedia articles. The only concern is that the articles I shared were behind a pay-wall.
The ariticle I add the citations are about the
Gender equality and
Marriage in modern China. I add the part of detail about the reason leads to the gender inequality in China. Here are the Diff
[1] and
