- I'm curious as to what your interest in that article might be, given that your very first edit was to ask about it, but the COI tag simply means it is thought that the article was edited by someone with a conflict of interest and may need to be checked for things like overly promotional or biased language, or that the sources have significant coverage of the subject and don't just tick off the subject's accomplishments.

- I work for her and she wants to know how we can get the warnings removed from the page. Since I work for her, I'm assuming that I shouldn't edit it myself, but we don't really know how to proceed from there. Is there a way to ask someone to go over it for her? --

- Thank you for your honesty. You will need to review the paid editing policy and make the formal paid editing declaration(a Wikipedia Terms of Use requirement). You will also need to review conflict of interest. As you have a conflict of interest, you are correct that you should avoid directly editing the article in most circumstances. You are welcome to suggest edits in the form of edit requests on the article talk page( Talk:Michele J. Gelfand). There isn't really too much you can do to just remove the tags- as an independent editor needs to do so- other than request it on the article talk page.
- In briefly examining the article, it reads as a resume and less like an encyclopedia article. A Wikipedia article should summarize what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about the subject, showing how (in this case) the subject meets the Wikipedia definition of a notable academic. The article currently just tells what Dr. Gelfand has done and the honors she has received- not summarizing what others have chosen to say about her. 331dot ( talk) 23:19, 5 November 2020 (UTC)
