The sources you are citing on the Wikipedia Ancel Keys article are WP:Fringe and fail WP:MEDRS:
This and many of the other reviews you have cited were funded by the beef industry [1], did you check the disclosure section? There is no reason for you to be dumping these unreliable sources and heavily industry funded research on Ancel Keys Wikipedia article directly in the lead.
