Problems
Sometimes, edits made on iOS using the visual editor save groups of numbers as telephone number links, because of a feature in the operating system. This problem is under investigation.

There was a problem with search last week. Many search requests did not work for 2 hours because of a configuration error.

The Casa Grande del Pueblo (English: Great House of the People), is the Bolivian presidential residence that replaced the Palacio Quemado in 2018. Inaugurated on 9 August 2018 during the presidency of Evo Morales as the official residence of the President of Bolivia, the interim government of Jeanine Áñez reverted to occupying the Palacio Quemado from 2019 to 2020. Following the inauguration of Luis Arce on 8 November 2020, it has again become the residence of the president.

Great Brightstar:, excuse the late reaction, but I have been aware of this photographs for a number of months now and have tried investigating it myself but haven't been able to find its colour scheme or its purpose. As the watermark tells it's from the now-defunct TTXVA website, a couple of months ago I asked the owner for VTRS (formerly "OTRS") permission but he told me that he didn't author this image and that it was submitted to the website by one of its readers. All the information I got is that it's one of the personal standards of the
former Bảo Đại Emperor and that this photograph is one in a series of imperial standards from the
State of Vietnam period. I will try to find the archived link for you. --

Above is another imperial standard that isn't on the
Wikimedia Commons yet, I will look for the archive of the page for you. Please create an SVG of the above if possible. Never mind, it is a military flag. --

The photograph has the description "Quốc gia Việt Nam : Quốc kỳ, cờ hoàng đế, cờ Ngự lâm quân. " (State of Vietnam: National Flag, Emperor's flag, Musketeer's flag. ).
@
Great Brightstar:, No archive of the webpage seems to exist, I have not been able to find it, I will try to find a copy of it that wasn't archived by the Wayback machine.
So as far as I can find it's the flag of the Musketeers (Ngự lâm quân), but I can't find any information about the Musketeers of the State of Vietnam, so I will investigate further. --

Greenknight dv told me this was the flag of Bao Dai's guards, so the problem at the moment is what the exact color shades used on this flag. --

William Morrison (23 August 1855 – 29 August 1927) was a Scottish chemist. His background in chemistry piqued his interest in improving storage batteries. He concentrated on how to produce the most available energy for a unit of weight for efficiency in the working of an individual battery cell. Eventually, he developed storage batteries far more powerful than what had then been available. To demonstrate his batteries, Morrison installed 24 of them on a common horse-drawn carriage and attached an electric motor to the rear axle to be powered by them. Through various innovations, he developed the controls for the power used and the vehicle's steering so that the driver had complete control. Morrison invented the first practical self-powered four-wheeled electric carriage in the United States. His electric vehicle was the first to be driven in Chicago and in his hometown of Des Moines, Iowa. This electric horseless buggy of the late 19th century helped pave the way for the hybrid electric automobile of the 21st century.
