I want to move NSEL Scam page into National Spot Exchange because the former just glorifies the detail of a scam that occurred under National Stock Exchange. There is no need for a separate page.
I went through the guidelines, didn't find anything concrete.
Again, thanks so much. Someone keeps reverting the change for unclear reasons.
