Thanks for uploading File:Allen Speech StplesCtrAlGore.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.
If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.
Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Safiel ( talk) 21:52, 6 December 2016 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on File:Allen Speech StplesCtrAlGore.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted content borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello, Davidbmuller. We
welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things
you have written about in the article
Allen Hershkowitz, you may have a
conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the
conflict of interest guideline and
FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. Rentier ( talk) 19:17, 26 June 2017 (UTC)

Hello, I am trying to resolve the issues on Allen Hershkowitz's wikipedia page related to my edits. I am not a well-versed used of Wikipedia, but I absolutely wish to adhere to all guidelines. I am more than willing to disclose the nature of my relationship to Mr. Hershkowitz, and to 'suggest edits' if need be as a result of my past professional relationship with him. I have not knowingly entered any false and/or unverifiable information in my edits; he asked for my help in updating his page with new information because he did not know how to accomplish that otherwise. Any errors I made were a result of a lack of proficiency in using wikipedia properly. I greatly appreciate and respect wikipedia's rules, so I will also greatly appreciate your help in resolving these issues with my contributions to this page and therefore removing the alerts currently at the top of the page.
Thanks very much, David Muller Davidbmuller ( talk) 18:53, 26 July 2017 (UTC)
I've went over the article and addressed the previous concerns. If you would like to suggest any content to be restored, or if you have any questions/suggestions, please {{ request edit}} on the talk page. Here are some useful read from what I have found, please also take a look.
Academic and professional titles (such as "Doctor" or "Professor") should not be used.

The image you uploaded at the commons has been tagged for not having appropriate copyright release. There are instructions there about what you should do. (namely, you should have the photographer email the address given in the notice, and provide the release) Jytdog ( talk) 22:35, 25 August 2017 (UTC)
Thanks for clarifying--the author should be sending in his release directly to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org very soon.
Please stop directly editing the Hershkowitz article while logged out. Please stop directly editing it at all. Read WP:SOCK. If you continue to do that you will end up indefinitely blocked. Jytdog ( talk) 19:15, 28 August 2017 (UTC)
About this, some logistical issues:
About the content you proposed:
This article is currently inaccurate in saying that the Green Sports Alliance got started by team owners. The founding members were all represented by members of the teams' venue operations groups, and owners were not involved beyond granting approval. It also omits the NRDC's role (Hershkowitz, specifically) in convening the people and contributing foundational funding for the organization to get off the ground. This is what the 'About' section of the Green Sports Alliance's website reads: 'The Green Sports Alliance was conceived and founded by the Seattle Seahawks, Portland Trail Blazers, Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle Mariners, Seattle Storm, Vancouver Canucks and the Natural Resources Defense Council' ( http://greensportsalliance.org/about/). Here are a couple of other reputable sources supporting the edit I am requesting: https://www.forbes.com/sites/csr/2011/03/24/the-green-league-csr-hits-pro-sports/#1110d9a51e42; https://www.greenbiz.com/news/2011/07/14/red-sox-chiefs-among-20-pro-teams-joining-green-sports-alliance; http://seattle.mariners.mlb.com/news/press_releases/press_release.jsp?ymd=20110321&content_id=17053284&vkey=pr_sea&fext=.jsp&c_id=sea Davidbmuller ( talk) 21:51, 28 August 2017 (UTC)
I would also like to add the following publications to the list in this article:
Bronx Ecology: Blueprint for a New Environmentalism, published by Island Press in 2002, and reviewed by the New York Times. [1]

I replied, I was still confused about the process. I understand I cannot edit directly on Allen Hershkowitz's page, nor can I edit anywhere while logged out. Duly noted. Davidbmuller ( talk) 22:25, 28 August 2017 (UTC)
You might feel like i am being some kind of Wikipedia Nazi, but we really do want to provide the public with neutral, accepted knowledge.
All kinds of people come to Wikipedia to promote all kinds of things, and the volunteer community tries very hard to apply the policies and guidelines the same way, every where.
So sorry for being a hard ass, but the harder you push to promote Hershkowtiz, the harder of a pushback you will get.
You will save yourself and me a lot of time and angst, if you take the time to understand what kind of proposals are OK, and make them. Jytdog ( talk) 00:09, 29 August 2017 (UTC)
