Hi there:
I just wanted to thank you for your support of my RfA last month. My nomination failed, but comments such as your “Fantastic editor” removed some of the sting.
Thank you. — DLJessup ( talk) 04:07, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for the correction. __earth ( Talk) 15:22, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
My Lord,
If you're still logged in, would you mind having a look at Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Log/2006_July_9? Some Newbie has parked a rant at the bottom that I'm to scared to remove myself. -- die Baumfabrik 05:29, 9 July 2006 (UTC)
Hi there, I substantially revised this article, and attempted to assert notability. Please review my changes and consider changing your vote. Thanks! -- Aguerriero ( talk) 19:57, 10 July 2006 (UTC)

Although my RfA did not pass, I am hopeful that a future one will. I hope you will vote again when I try again. Paul Cyr 21:45, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
I apologize for the edit to RfA. I have to plead ignorance. HpK1029
I wasn't sure how to send you a message, but I figure you can delete this when you read it.

Hello DarthVader/Archive 3, and thank you for your support at my Request for Adminship, which succeeded with an overwhelming final count of (105/2/0). I was very pleased with the outpouring of kind words from the community that has now entrusted me with these tools, from the classroom, the lesson in human psychology and the international resource known as Wikipedia. The Free Encyclopedia. Please feel free to leave me plenty of requests, monitor my actions (through the admin desk on my userpage) and, if you find yourself in the mood, listen to some of what I do in real life. In any case, keep up the great work and have a fabulous day. Grand master ka 06:49, 16 July 2006 (UTC) |

Good stuff. Does it include satellites that are no longer functioning, but are in a relatively stable orbit? -- Interiot 07:36, 23 July 2006 (UTC)

Dear James, thank you so much for your beautiful words, your kidness and your trust in me. My
Request for Adminship is finally over, and the support and appreciation that the community has gifted me will stick in my mind as long as I live. I have no way to properly express how grateful I am to you for all you've done for me, and all I can tell you is, I'll try not to disappoint you nor anyone else with my use of the buttons... and if I mess up, make sure to
come here and give me a good yell! :) Seriously, tho, if you ever need my help, either for admin-related stuff or in any other way, you'll always be welcome to message me, and I promise I'll try my very best.
Dear James, it is great to see that the kindest "villain" on Wikipedia is doing fine and turning himself into quite a famous editor - wtg! And know that I've put
this link into my watchlist... I eagerly await the time when it turns blue (just let me know if you want my modest words in it when it gets going, nothing would please me more! :) With a big hug, your friend,

Thank you for your support on my RFA, which closed successfully this morning with a result of (53/2/1). I've spent the day trying out the new tools, and trying not to mess things up too badly :). I was quite thrilled with all the support, both from the people I see around every day, as well as many users who I didn't know from before, yet wrote such wonderful things about me. I look forward to helping to serve all of you, and the project. Let me know if there's anything I can help you with. - Goldom ‽‽‽ ⁂ 04:45, 13 August 2006 (UTC) |

Thank you for the support. The whole thingie completed with success, so off I go with administrator rights. -- Consumed Crustacean | Talk | 04:14, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for your support in my not-so-recent
RfA, which was successful with a an overwhelmingly flattering and deeply humbling total of 138/2/2 (putting me #10 on the RfA
WP:100). I guess
infinite monkey theorem has been officially proven. Chimps really can get somewhere on Wikipedia.
With new buttons come great responsibility, and I'll try my best to live up to your expectations. If you need assistance with something, don't hesitate to swing by my talk page or email me (trust me, I do respond :)). The same goes for any complaints or comments in regard to my administrative actions. Remember, I'm here for you. (Thanks go to Blnguyen for the incredible photo to the right.) alphaChimp laudare 01:14, 4 September 2006 (UTC) |
