The Three Kings - I wonder if an image of Cornelius is a good idea. Cornelius composed a song for voice and piano. The article is rather about the arrangement for voice and choir. -- Gerda Arendt ( talk) 18:07, 10 January 2019 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Global (transport company) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

A tag has been placed on Bateaux London, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for the calculation of the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Because You have updated information on aviation topics, I thought maybe it would be interesting for you to have cooperation writing articles about well-known international aviation services companies which do not have their Wikipedia articles or have lack of information there. I have prepared texts and all needed secondary resources. Now I need Wikipedia experienced editor to review these articles and successfully post it.
Could You help me with this freelance work or maybe you have someone to suggest?
Thank You in advance for Your help. I am looking forward to Your answer.
While we're trying to figure out the Apollo 11 bit, the ESA article at [1] looks like it might be quite useful for expanding the rest of the article, as it covers quite a bit of the history/evolution of the station. I'd add the info into the article myself, but I'm a bit busy with other things right now. Thanks. Mike Peel ( talk) 08:50, 10 July 2019 (UTC)
On 16 July 2019, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Maspalomas Station, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that 50 years ago today, Maspalomas Station in the Canary Islands was the first ground station to make contact with the Apollo 11 astronauts in Earth orbit, about 16 minutes into the flight? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Maspalomas Station. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page ( here's how, Maspalomas Station), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Hello Cnbrb. I'm sorry you didn't get more response to this. Participation in that project has slowed in the last few years. I wanted to let you know that I did change the classic series articles back to the way they were. Thanks for your question and please don't be discouraged by the lack of response. Cheers. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Withington, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Benefactor ( check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

I did not find any at Commons which I liked. I mean, the one you added isn't horrible but the production quality is not great and tuning is off. I sing with a number of choirs, next week I'm performing at Exeter with the English Cornett and Sackbut Ensemble, I do feel strongly about this. But the answer is to buy some sound recording gear and learn how to make better ones :-) Guy ( help!) 17:11, 22 November 2019 (UTC)
