Hi -- I reverted your change adding country names to US/Canadian birthplaces. We've had a war or two over this in the past, and as I just posted on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Ice Hockey/Team pages format, the consensus has remained to leave them out, mostly based on the fact that North American hockey media generally leaves them out. That the NHL site lists country names is a fair point, but my opinion is that the previous consensus still applies here on Wikipedia. I'd suggest that if you want to make this change WP-wide, bring that up and work on getting consensus for a change at the team pages format Talk page.
