Updating my own comment: Several "versions" of this article have been created and deleted this month. The ones I saw were substantially similar. See /info/en/?search=Special:Log?page=Draft%3AIpo+Arakeji and /info/en/?search=Special:Log?page=Ipo+Arakeji for details. See https://en.wikipedia.org/?title=Draft:Ipo_Arakeji&action=history and https://en.wikipedia.org/?title=Ipo_Arakeji&action=history for the non-deleted edit histories of each. At the time I write this, Ipo Arakeji has been " salted" to prevent re-creation without administrator assistance. My assumption is that if and when a suitable article is created, the "salting" will be removed so the draft can be moved into the main encyclopedia, but not before. davidwr/( talk)/( contribs) 20:01, 29 August 2020 (UTC) reply
