Speedy deletion of Andy Nelson Temple Photography

A tag has been placed on Andy Nelson Temple Photography, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{ hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Jb0007 ( talk) 03:59, 2 June 2008 (UTC) reply

Please do not delete content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Endowment (Latter Day Saints), without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Warning

Please stop. If you continue to blank out or delete portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, you will be blocked from editing. Duke53 | Talk 05:29, 30 March 2009 (UTC) reply

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. Duke53 | Talk 05:31, 30 March 2009 (UTC) reply

Blocked

You have been blocked from editing Wikipedia for a period of 55 hours as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that use of multiple accounts for disruptive purposes will not be tolerated. Good Ol’factory (talk) 08:54, 30 March 2009 (UTC) reply

Specifically, Andyknelson, I've blocked you for using this and the account User:Bobmarket to engage in a disruptive edit war on Endowment (Latter Day Saints). Please familiarize yourself with the policy at Wikipedia:Sock puppetry. I'm assuming that as a relatively inexperienced editor you were unfamiliar with this policy. But if you try anything like that again, it's quite likely you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia indefinitely. Good Ol’factory (talk) 09:02, 30 March 2009 (UTC) reply
Characterizing an account with aprox. 100 edits over a period of almost a year as 'relatively inexperienced' is rather generous. Is there a simple way to determine if this user made use of even other user names while at WP ? 14:05, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
That's the kind of user I am—generous; willing to give second chances; desiring to be inclusive; etc. Anyway, I doubt that most editors with only 100 edits know much about suckpupptry. The only formal method available for determining duplicate accounts is check user—but to get one performed you need some sort of initial sign that the accounts are being controlled by the same person. You're free to investigate and if you come up with anything, it may change my assessment. Of course, it would be helpful to hear from Andyknelson on the matter as well. Thank You for the Wikipedia Picture

Hello, My name is Duane Hurst and I recently made a free (non-commercial) English web site to share information with people. I added links to your Wikipedia/Wikimedia freeware picture. I also gave credit to you on my web pages for your work. Thank you for sharing with the public. My website is:

http://www.freeenglishsite.com/

I add pictures such as yours to one of the following major sections of my site: 1. World section - contains information and over 10,000 images of every world country and territory. Link at: http://www.freeenglishsite.com/world/index.htm

2. USA section - contains information and images of every USA state and territory. Link at: http://www.freeenglishsite.com/world/usa/index.htm

3. English section - "Mel and Wes" lessons in conversation format. Stories are located in various USA states and world countries such as China, England, Germany, Japan, Mexico and Thailand. Each lesson has many slang terms and idioms, which I link to my Slang Dictionary. This eventually will have over 5,000 terms. Currently, it has about 3,000 slang and idioms. I regularly add new lessons and slang terms. Link at: http://www.freeenglishsite.com/english/lessons/index.htm Slang Dictionary link at: http://www.freeenglishsite.com/english/slang/Eslang_a.htm

Prior to retirement, I taught English at several private and public universities in the United States.

Please share this free site with your friends. I hope all will enjoy the pictures and find the English information useful. Sincerely,  Duane Hurst in Utah, USA
