Please familiarize yourself with the policy at Wikipedia:Sock puppetry. I'm assuming that as a relatively inexperienced editor you were unfamiliar with this policy. - That's the kind of user I am—generous; willing to give second chances; desiring to be inclusive; etc. Anyway, I doubt that most editors with only 100 edits know much about suckpupptry. The only formal method available for determining duplicate accounts is check user—but to get one performed you need some sort of initial sign that the accounts are being controlled by the same person. You're free to investigate and if you come up with anything, it may change my assessment. Of course, it would be helpful to hear from Andyknelson on the matter as well.
