To make a header, simply use === instead of manually making it big and bold. It looks like you deleted a header entirely and replaced it with two lines of manually bolded text, when what you were trying to do was just rename the header? Vanilla Wizard 💙16:27, 23 June 2024 (UTC)reply
I've gone ahead and added the edit that I think you were trying to do. Basically, I added another === Level 3 heading named Second flag (1885-present) because the section for the first flag was also a level 3. I then took the other two headings, the one about the flag statute and the one about the modification, and changed them to level 4s by adding one more = on both sides. Now they display under the new "Second flag" section in the table of contents. I hope that's what you were trying to do, but if not, let me know and I'll try to help you out.
