You currently appear to be engaged in an
edit war. Users who
edit disruptively or refuse to
collaborate with others may be blocked if they continue. In particular the
three-revert rule states that making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block. If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the
talk page to discuss controversial changes. Work towards wording and content that gains
consensus among editors. If unsuccessful, then do not edit war even if you believe you are right. Post a request for help at an
appropriate noticeboard or seek
dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary
page protection. If edit warring continues, you may be
blocked from editing without further notice. --

I can tell your contributions are in good faith and it's unfortunate that you're being stalked. I recommend you create an account; the fact of the matter is that it adds credibility to your positions. I've also attached the boilerplate welcome notice.
Welcome!

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to
talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you must
sign your posts by typing four
tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button
located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --

20:47, 23 November 2010 (UTC)During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.

Request reason:
I was reverting vandalism that was being carried out by someone who was wikistalking me and undoing all of my edits and marking them as vandalism. The user who was doing this has been banned for 1 day while I have been banned for seven. That is absurd. 79.97.171.208 ( talk) 21:11, 23 November 2010 (UTC)
Decline reason:
I have reviewed this block, and I do not see anything inappropriate about it. The edits you were reverting were not vandalism, and you were in violation of WP:3RR. Blocks escalate in length; since your previous block was for one day, a one-week block is what you should have expected when you chose to revert the third time. If you choose to edit-war again, your next block will likely be for one month. Next time, try one of the remedies at WP:DISPUTE instead of edit-warring. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{ unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Please do not create attack pages as you did at User talk:79.97.171.208. Attack pages and files are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who continue to create or repost such pages and images, especially those in violation of our biographies of living persons policy, will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you. Gosh, I'm sorry that you had your block extended to two weeks and your talk page access revoked. I'm afraid it was sort of the same problem that made your block happen in the first place- you let your edits be determined by your temper and emotions, and not by a reasonable evaluation of what would be most likely to result in your achieving your goals. No hard feelings on this end; if you decide to come back and edit in a more reasonable, relaxed way, avoiding starting conflicts and responding appropriately when you find yourself involved in them, you'll be totally welcome as far as I'm concerned. - FisherQueen ( talk · contribs) 23:04, 23 November 2010 (UTC)
