"Minor details edit" is not an appropriate summary for edits like this one; your edits are less likely to be reverted as disruptive if you do a better job of explaining them. OhNoitsJamie Talk 04:46, 22 September 2022 (UTC)
Hey, I noticed you turned Trick Shot (character) into a redirct to Trickshot (comics) and moved the article from Trick Shot's history to the Trickshot article. If you weren't going to, please note that if I did not move the article, the two articles would simply redirect to the other. Thanks for doing the redirect in the first place, though. Hi, and thank you for
your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "
cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the
page history, which is
legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page
Detroit Steel has been reverted.
Your edit
here to
Detroit Steel was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our
external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (
http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Detroit_Steel) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to an external
Wiki, then please note that these links should generally not be included (see
'links to avoid' #12).
If you were trying to insert an
external link that does comply with our
policies and
guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to
undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's
external links guideline for more information, and consult my
list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see
my FAQ page. Thanks! --

Hello and
welcome to Wikipedia. Constructive contributions to
Wikipedia are appreciated, but
a recent edit of yours has an
edit summary that appears to be inadequate, inaccurate, or inappropriate. The summaries are helpful to people browsing an
article's history, so it is important that you use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did. Feel free to use

Why are you like this? Why do you insist on ruining Wikipedia in the name of "minor detail edits"? You seriously think everyone will leave you alone if you provide a misleading edit summary or that you can just pull a BS connection out of nowhere and expect everyone to believe you without ANY proper sourcing whatsoever or remove references without any repercussions? That's NOT how it works here! Your horrible grammar, disrespect for other editors, complete and utter nonsense, and overall vandalism will NOT stand. 2600:1700:BD70:9E70:9142:4977:898D:CF2A ( talk) 03:03, 21 November 2022 (UTC)

Hi 69.121.183.150! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of
Iron Patriot several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the
edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.
All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:Iron Patriot, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. RPI2026F1 ( talk) 02:12, 9 December 2022 (UTC)

I've reverted your edit on Henry Peter Gyrich again. I don't think you're doing what you think you're doing; your edit was essentially creating a double redirect so that Henry Peter Gyrich => Henry Gyrich and Henry Gyrich => Henry Peter Gyrich and neither of them had any information in them because you'd wiped it all out. If you want to move the page from Henry Peter Gyrich to Henry Gyrich, you should take it up on the talk page of the article. If there's consensus to do so, any autoconfirmed user can perform the move. Matt Deres ( talk) 13:27, 16 April 2023 (UTC)

Stop pulling BS out of nowhere and randomly using sources that have nothing to do with them to prove them and expecting people to just go along with it, like you did to Baron Blitzkrieg. This sort of nonsense should be restricted to the fan wikis. Also, based on what I've seen in this chat page, why do you insist on ruining Wikipedia all the time? This is obscene. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at
G'iah. Your edits appear to be
disruptive and have been or will be
reverted.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Stop. You've already been reverted three times by multiple editors, and you are verging on WP:3RR. As I have explained, there is consensus for redirects about obscure Marvel Comics characters to point to their more notable MCU counterparts instead, and as Gonnym noted, there is a large number of incoming links that would need to be fixed if the target is altered. Please take your concerns to the talk page or at Talk:Moon Knight (TV series). Thank you. InfiniteNexus ( talk) 17:07, 13 August 2023 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an
edit war according to the reverts you have made on
G'iah. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to
collaborate with others, to avoid editing
disruptively, and to
try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. InfiniteNexus ( talk) 00:43, 14 August 2023 (UTC)
