Are you sure you left that message for the right editor? It was User:Hqb who tagged that article as needing references, and I've never edited it. Hut 8.5 16:57, 21 March 2008 (UTC) reply

Have now contacted User:Hqb. I am new to all this so apologies for any confusion. Best regards. 1952mgyb ( talk) 17:12, 21 March 2008 (UTC) reply

Good job! However, the references would be more useful if they were used to footnote specific facts in the article text. Using footnotes would also allow non-essential details to be moved out of the main text, making it more readable. I've started such a conversion, but you can probably do a much better job of it, given your apparent extensive knowledge of the subject. Hqb ( talk) 17:57, 21 March 2008 (UTC) reply

I would be grateful for any help you can give in organizing the article, not my strong point, so feel free to adjust it- it looks much better since you edited it - many thanks. 1952mgyb ( talk) 18:04, 21 March 2008 (UTC) reply

OK, I think I've done what I could with it. There's one reference left that doesn't seem to relate to anything in particular in the article. Maybe it can just be omitted: it's not necessary for an encyclopedia article to mention every single reference to the subject in the scientific literature. Hqb ( talk) 20:04, 21 March 2008 (UTC) reply
