Miscellaneous
In February 2019, the Wikimedia Foundation (WMF)
changed its office actions policy to include temporary and project-specific bans. The WMF exercised this new ability for the first time on the English Wikipedia on 10 June 2019 to temporarily ban and desysop Fram. This action has resulted in
significant community discussion, a
request for arbitration (
permalink), and, either directly or indirectly, the resignations of numerous administrators and functionaries. The WMF Board of Trustees is aware of the situation, and discussions continue on a statement and a way forward. The Arbitration Committee has sent an
open letter to the WMF Board.
HEY THERE!!! How are you buddy? I feel better than ever despite my hair battle/war defeat. Anyway, sometime soon, should we create a draft of Oshwah userspace dedicated to silly talk page postings of his? We could work together and tackle the archives for silly things, and maybe even include your newspaper posting about the hair battle, as well as WikiProject Oshwah. Sound enticing to you? ;)

DrewieStewie, While I am sure that is a good idea and I love it, we should remember not to get too carried away from
oshwah's hair thingamabob and remember that This is not Oshwahhairpedia and that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, Maybe we should start a wiki like that. I do look forward to making more "hair warring stuff' but we should not take this too far otherwise we would possibly be blocked as
as per not here. This is not a message meant to discourage you or anything at all, we can for sure do this on april fools day or even once in a while, but not too often. Thank You and Happy Editing! :-) (No hairwarring...) --

Oshwahhairpedia! Lol. It will be a hassle to create a new wiki. You'll need to install mediawiki along with other software and web servers. You'll also need to buy a web domain and probably a hosting service too.

Of course bro, I would never bring this to the point of a NOTHERE block. I always make sure to pull Oshwah ribs on the side of everything, every once in awhile not too often. Besides, this would be only userspace of his on his behalf, on the same level as wikipedia awards and similar to those who have a separate userspace for userboxes. Ill always focus on wikipedia responsibilities more, but this here is a side Wikilove project. I could make it in a few days, or I could wait some months or even wait until April Fools. Maybe itll be a public draft while I make it, I don't know. Point is, I'm more focused on PCR, AFD, Pro Wrestling Wikiproject, the fram situation (where I have proposed a major RFC), and other Wikipedia responsibilities, but this would mostly be a just for fun thing on the side to enhance the Wikipedia environment in a tumultous time for the encyclopedia. :)
