Warren Barnes (born May 6,1985) was a Canadian National Team Member, and former University of Pittsburgh Alumni. [1] [2] He competed on the national from 2009-2012. Winning the last race of his career at Canadian Nationals in 2013 [3]He is a 5 time National Champion in the breaststroke events. His first career win was in 2010. Also setting 2 Ontario records that year. [4] [5] His most notable accomplishment was his 4th place finish at the Pan Am Games in Guadalajara, Mexico 2011 [6] He was also named most valuable swimmer in ontario in 2011. Earning the Bob Pirie award. [7] [8]
