Below I have stated my standards for voting in
Requests for adminship.
Requirements
Only under rare conditions will I give a support vote to a user who does not meet all of the following:
- At least 1000 article edits
- At least 350 Wikipedia space edits
- At least 350 combined talk, user talk, and Wikipedia talk edits
- 3 months of experience
- No block history (except if blocked in error)
- No post-first-day vandalism (newbies often make mistakes)
- No edit warring
- Acting civil at all times
- Decent spelling/grammar
- 85% major and 85% minor article edit summary usage
Bonuses
To outweigh the negatives
- Vandal fighting
- New pages patrolling
- Welcomming committee
- Voting in
AFD's
- Good answers to RfA questions
- Helped to develop a featured article (note that this is not a requirement!)
- Member of at least one WikiProject

Negatives
Any of these could earn a neutral if not outweighted by bonuses
- Not a member of at least one WikiProject
- Limited range of articles edited
- Poor answers to RfA questions
- Does not understand what an admin really does
- Controversial userpage
