Im going to make a list of the countries that produce, exports and food security, and talking about what they produce in each of them. This is basically how powerful the selected countries are in the agricultural aspect of the economy. (Adding a section)
After I pick my top 10 countries and put them in order, I will do a paragraph of each country based on the food they produce.
I felt like this list should be added to the article because the power of food puts some countries over others.
This article needs more than just one thing improved, and my addition will benefit the page.

The
United States is one of the places where the greatest amount amount of food is produced and exported. Within the country's borders the edible items most produced are corn, milk, potatoes, and meat.[1] With an 85 percent of
Food security Index [2] the United States is one of the countries where people have the greatest accessibility to food.[citation needed]
United Kingdom
Great Britain throughout history has been one of the greatest food powers in the world.[citation needed] As of 2019 only 1.5 percent of the country's inhabitants work in agriculture, however the
United Kingdom is still one of the biggest food producer and exporter of milk, meat, and wheat. The country's leaders have taken the responsibility of providing accessibility to food to its inhabitants, the United Kingdom counts with an 85 percent Food Security Index.[2]
Netherlands:
The
Netherlands has a 84.7 percent of Food Security Index [2], its inhabitants have a great access to food. The Dutch country produces a huge amount of potatoes, sugar beets, and wheat. The country's economy continues to increase at a big pace due to the export of agricultural products. It is projected[by whom?] that the Netherlands could become the country with the largest export of products on Earth.[citation needed]
Germany
The
German Government has an 82.7 Food Security Index [2] providing a lot of food accessibility to the people in the country.
Germany produces and exports a large number of agricultural products, products such as oats, chicken, corn and milk.[citation needed]
France is known for the production and exporting of wine and also produces other food items at a big scale. The French also produces a lot of other agricultural products such as fruits (apples, pears, and peaches), milk, and fish.[3] The country's Food Security Index is at 82.9 percen .[2]
China
China is the world's biggest producer and exporter of rice, the Chinese also produce and export different kinds of meat, wheat, and corn[4]. Due to the country's high population they are biggest food consumer in the world. Although they are so big in production, exporting and consumption China only have a 65.1 percent in Food Security Index .[2]
Canada
Canada's Food Security Index is at a 83.2 percent [2]. The Canadians do a good job[according to whom?] at producing and exporting different kinds of fruit such as apples, blueberries, and blackberries. Canada also produces a lot of beef and dairy products [5].
Japan
The Asian country produces and exports a wide range of agricultural product from rice, fish, pork, sugarcane, tea, and barley.
Japan's Food Security Index is at 79.9 percent [2], almost 8 out of 10 people are food secure, and have food accessibility.[citation needed]
Belgium:
Belgium is big in production and exporting of meat, fish, potatoes, eggs, apples, and fish [6]. The European country's FSI is at 80.2 [2], 8 out of 10 people have access to food products and a good diet. Is not a secret how European countries worry about what their inhabitants put in their bodies, providing the people with a healthy menu.[citation needed]
The European country is at 76.3 percent [2] when it comes Food Security Index. The country is big in production and exporting a lot of vegetables and fruits. Italians are also big in producing olives to make oil [7], which is one of their biggest exports.[citation needed]
Mississippi and Alabama produce the most catfish in the United States.[17]
Carolina-style barbecue is common in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, and is made traditionally from pulled-pork and a vinegar-based sauce.
Oklahoma has a reputation for many grain- and bean-based dishes, such as "cornbread and beans" or the breakfast dish
biscuits and gravy. Mississippi specializes in
farm-raised catfish, found in traditional "fish houses" throughout the state.
Florida is known for the
Key lime pie and Florida Stone Crab. Florida's most popular beverage is the juice that is made from the oranges grown within the state.[19]
Georgia (U.S. state) is famous for the sweet sauce coating barbecue, fried chicken, and
Brunswick stew. Some of the sweets famous in the state are Cornbread cake and Pecan pie. [20]
Oklahoma has the fried pies, calf fries, biscuits and gravy, and the famous Sooner Steak.[21]
Texas is know for barbecue, chili, and different kinds of steaks.
Tex-Mex food is part of Texan food because of the Mexican influence in the state.[22]
Alabama is known for the BBQ Pulled Pork, the fried catfish,
Fried chicken, and
Pimento cheese. Popular sweets in Alabama include
Banana pudding, chocolate gravy with biscuits, and the Southern Caramel Cake.[23]
Louisiana has the Crawfish, Shrimp Etouffee, and Jambalaya [24]. Because of the French presence in the state there is a significant amount of dishes that are a mix with the French cuisine.
