David M.R.D. Spencer has been interviewed about his promotion of Christian music on radio on numerous Canadian radio stations since 1981. Stations include CBQT, CHFI, CHRI, CJMR, CJSD, CJTW, CKPR and radio programmes such as
Catholic Radio.
In 1982, he made a presentation to the
Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) recommending that they encourage more radio stations to play positive music written and performed by Christians.
