Uğuraçan ( Kurdish: Betkar) is a village in the Şemdinli District in Hakkâri Province in Turkey. [2] The village is populated by Kurds of the Herkî tribe and had a population of 743 in 2023. [1] [3]
The hamlet Yeşilbayır (Bêzeno) is attached to Uğuraçan. [4]
