Teplýšovice is a municipality and village in Benešov District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 500 inhabitants.
The villages of Čeňovice, Humenec, Kochánov and Zálesí are administrative parts of Teplýšovice.
Teplýšovice is located about 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) east of Benešov and 34 km (21 mi) southeast of Prague. It lies in the Benešov Uplands. The highest point is at 517 m (1,696 ft) above sea level. The area is rich in small fishponds.
The first written mention of Teplýšovice is from 1352. [2]

There are no railways or major roads passing through the municipality.
The main landmark of Teplýšovice is the Church of Saint Gall. It was built in the Baroque style in 1726. [5]
