I didn’t include it because it’s already mentioned on the 2010 Senate elections page which is listed above. I request that it be removed.
Because it was a special election held on a different date to the main elections, I think the listing in the special row is correct.

They can be added to the list of special elections too. I don't understand the logic behind omitting articles on special elections from the special election row. There is no-indication that it is limited to off-year special elections.

I feel like the purpose of the section is to list elections that aren’t covered on other pages, while the Massachusetts special election is covered on another page. — Preceding

Since the section heading was changed to "Odd-year special elections", please remove the 2010 Massachusetts election as it did not take place in an odd year. — Preceding

Comment By definition, the 2010 Massachusetts special election should be removed from a row that is entitled "odd-year" elections, since 2010 is not an odd-year.--
