Emdashes?
I have not really looked at riding names before.
I am surprised to see them using emdash separators, rather than endashes, which is more conventional in Wikipedia in instances such as this. Varlaam (

organization
I organized the groups and lists to be cities/urban first, then other geographical areas. The previous listing was not organized. Unless someone can explain?

Honestly, I have no idea why the template was listed like that but it has lasted for more than a decade. During the last redistribution in 2015, I intend not to change it for reader may not get used to such chance. Shall you reorganize those election regional result pages at the same time, that would be greatly appreciated. Yet I do not agree that you put all Toronto ridings together. Separating those ridings of Etobicoke and Scarborough would be easier for reader to find out the ridings in those place.—
