![]() | This template does not require a rating on Wikipedia's
content assessment scale. It is of interest to the following WikiProjects: | |||||||
|
As seen here (before I removed it), this template breaks if there are no parameters. Example:
Example election [1] | |||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Party | Candidate | 1st round | 2nd round | 1st round votesTransfer votes, 2nd round | |||||
Total | Of round | Transfers | Total | Of round | |||||
Independent | Candidate 1 | 0 | 0% |
| |||||
Independent | Candidate 2 | 0 | 0% |
| |||||
Independent | Candidate 3 | 0 | 0% |
| |||||
What is the best way to deal with this (i.e. before an election result is declared)? Only return a line if there are parameters? Return something like "no winner declared yet" if {{{winner}}}
is empty? Or documentation saying not to use it before the results are out? ‑‑
