ALT1:... that the ancient Trishikhibrahmana Upanishad text asserts the theory that living beings originate by four means, through an egg, through seeds, through a womb, or through sweat?
This article is new enough and long enough. I think ALT1 is a more interesting hook so I have struck the original. The hook facts are cited, the article is neutral, and I found no copyright problems in the spot checks I made on the Ayyangar source, the only one available to me.
