Source: This is all set up with the sardonic irony ... that play off the usual bromidic phrase "luck of the Irish," indicating that any luck the Irish have had has been...so bad that "you'd wish you was English instead." A new article that is easily long enough and has no copyright issues. I recommend the original hook which is sourced (three times over) -- not to say ALT1 has any sourcing concerns. Neutrality is preserved and a QPQ was completed beforehand.
