Comment: I'd like to suggest an alternate hook that's a bit more concise;

Comment :If the problem is the length of the hook the reference to the Treaty of Westminster could be dropped, as this stuff is in the referenced article. But then the embedded wikilink has to be restored. So I suggest the following altrernate hook:
