... that the board game Photosynthesis received the 2018
Mensa Select award? Source: "After nearly two days of nonstop gameplay, our Mensa Mind Games judges have selected the following titles to receive the official Mensa Select seal:
Azul, Plan B Games
Constellations: The Game of Stargazing and the Night Sky, Xtronaut Enterprises
Ex Libris, Renegade Game Studio
Photosynthesis, Blue Orange Games
Raiders of the North Sea, Renegade Game Studio"
Overall: this is *mostly* good to go. Sources look good, article and hook are both interesting reads. I will note that there is a slight discrepancy with a couple values in the infobox; the main website for the game says ages 8+ and a 45-minute playing time, while the Meeple Mountain review says ages 10+ and 30-to-60-minute playing time (which I note are the values used for the infobox). These issues are quite small, though. --

Dylan620:I've piped the hook link (I thought I had already done that). As far as the typical game length and recommended ages are concerned, I used a review site because most reviews state a recommended age of 10+. T3 states that "suggested age of 10+ seems right on the money", so perhaps the change to 8+ on the publisher website is recent. Game length times differ from all sources. I've reset them to the suggestions by the publisher, but if you prefer another option, let me know.

Mindmatrix and
Dylan620: Hi there! I think there's a more interesting hook to be had here, rather than just winning an award—I proposed an ALT1, what do y'all think?

Dylan620 and
Theleekycauldron: I had intended on including it, but then completely forgot to do so; I prefer it over the original.
