Hook is cited, inline, at the paragraph level to a book published by NewSouth Publishing which, insofar as I can tell, is RS. Article has been expanded, is NPOV, a QPQ has been done, and the image is correctly tagged PD. No obvious signs of copyvio. The hook is undoubtedly interesting. I've taken the liberty of removing the ellipses in the hook and adding "(pictured)".
