Crosstemplejay: I did an extensive edit on this article, especially formatting all the references and adding links to the newspapers for which Wikipedia has articles. Could you do something about the hook? Anyone who didn't go to DeVry University (or doesn't know what it is) is not going to care. Thanks,

Thanks for the alts. ALT1 is hooky; I tweaked the hook to identify her as Ghana's Minister of Tourism. ALT1 hook ref verified and cited inline. Rest of review per Doug Coldwell. ALT1 good to go.
