... that "
Biko" by Peter Gabriel (pictured), described as a "stunning achievement for its time", was banned in South Africa?
ALT1:... that Peter Gabriel (pictured) wrote "
Biko" after learning of the death of
Steve Biko in police custody on 12 September 1977?
ALT2:... that
U2 frontman
Bono said that he learned of the impacts of apartheid after hearing "
Biko", which was inspired by the death of
Steve Biko in police custody?
Comment: Lots of potential for hooks here, feel free to add more.

Review Newly promoted to GA. Timely nominated.
Earwig's Copyvio Detector is clear. All hooks are neutral and interesting. All hooks are cited as are all paragraphs. I did not have access to the offline sources, but
WP:AGF. This quote from The Guardian says almost every thing you need to know: "It was Steve Biko, not Mandela, who became the first anti-apartheid icon. When the young leader of the radical black consciousness movement died in police custody in 1977, he inspired songs by the folksinger Tom Paxton, the prog-rock star Peter Hammill, the reggae artists Steel Pulse and Tappa Zukie, and, tardily but most famously, Peter Gabriel." The circumstances are well known in any event. I took care of the missing QPQ. Note the request for running on September 12, anniversary of martyrdom of
Steve Biko. 7&6=thirteen (
