Srnec. The extant Burmese chronicles are certainly secondary sources, and in most cases, tertiary and beyond. Also, thanks for the ALT1 suggestion. It's certainly more interesting than mine but I think Yaza Manu not having a Wiki link is a detractor. What do you think about ALT2? The citation is (Phayre 1967: 69, footnote 1).
