New enough and plenty long enough. Hook fact checks out and is rather interesting. @
DrOrinScrivello: I would look at
[2] and try to reduce the close paraphrasing in a few passages to the NRHP nomination form. Also leaving
A1 and
A2 for you to use as well and to help others verify the hook. Just needs to not have some of the phrases paralleling the nomination.

Looking better. From experience, you have to be careful when running parallel to an NRHP nomination form like that.
