Substantial article, meeting of GA criteria implicates DYK pass. This is nominator's forth DYK, so they are QPQ exempt. Approved for ALT1 and ALT3 as the most interesting hooks; ALT0 is a bit
MOS:WEASEL, and ALT2 doesn't seem especially compelling or interesting. Editor who promotes the hook could potentially use
File:Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, official portrait, 116th Congress.jpg as an image, but it's not necessary.

The image you mentioned isn't used in the article, but I added a very similar one that is, which has the same licensing.

Hi, I came by to promote this. ALT3 is over 200 characters (without the "(pictured)"). ALT4 is not approved.

ALT4 looks good. An option for a rephrased ALT3 is below, but I think ALT4 is the strongest of the bunch.
